On 28 November 2025, 170 pax of staffs from Olam gathered for an immersive and high-energy OLAM ADND 2025 at W Hotel in Singaapore, where the venue was transformed into a glamorous casino-inspired playground themed High Rollers’ Haven. From the moment guests arrived, they were transported into a world of high stakes, bold style, and unforgettable entertainment.

The pre-event experience set the tone for the night, featuring a curated lineup of interactive casino-style games including Cash Grab, Sic-Bo, Russian Roulette, and Slot Machines, keeping energy levels high and guests fully engaged. To elevate the experience, customised event chips were specially designed for the games, allowing guests to collect and later redeem them for prizes, adding a playful competitive edge and encouraging participation throughout the evening.

Adding to the spectacle were captivating cabaret dancers, mind-bending performances by Illusionist Alex, and live music by Singapore band Summertime, whose energetic set kept the atmosphere vibrant and celebratory throughout the night—perfectly complementing the high-roller theme.

The evening was hosted by Gurmit Singh as emcee, who brought charisma, humour, and strong crowd engagement to the stage. A nostalgic highlight followed as OLAM members dressed up as the iconic Phua Chu Kang, blending local pop-culture charm with the night’s luxurious casino theme—sparking laughter, photo moments, and a strong sense of camaraderie.

By combining immersive theming, interactive gameplay, customised touchpoints, nostalgic storytelling, and live entertainment, OLAM ADND 2025 successfully delivered a memorable celebration that truly raised the stakes.
